Windows 8 on ARM could be dead before arrival says Extremetech

ExtremeTech, popular tech blog says that Windows 8 on ARM powered devices could be dead on arrival thanks to intel’s x86 SOC. Intel has ventured into the lucrative SOC business with its Midfield SOC powering XOLO 900 manufactured by Indian mobile manufacturer Lava. SOC’s (System on Chip) are of high demand now thanks to influx of smartphones and tablets competing with Apple’s iPhone and iPad.
