India’s first Android powered 3D smart TV is from Onida

India’s first 3D smart TV powered by android  was unveiled by Onida. It was launched under the brand name iTube, priced between INR 48,000(for 32 inch) and between INR 68,990.

Android Market access has been enabled on the iTube, it has 70MB internal memory along with
1TB of external memory support. Internet connectivity is possible via Wi-Fi and via built in
Ethernet port. Other specifications of the TV include USBx3,Full HD,2D to 3D conversion and 3D glasses.

This is not an official Google TV it is just a simple smart TV running Android.
Information suggests that apps on iTube can be installed only on internal memory initially, so the number of apps installed on 70MB would be very limited. iTube range is being released in Tamilnadu first and will be released in other states later.
